Based in Nashik, India, Technoshell Automations Pvt. Ltd. is a group of professionals who are dedicated about creating dependable machines that use cutting-edge design and the newest technologies for the global printing and packaging sector. Since 1990, we have been dedicated to comprehending and meeting the needs of our clients in a variety of market areas, and we currently have over 1000 machines installed in 47 countries. In addition to being use in the packaging applications, our machines are used in tube capping, tube labelling, tube packing, complete packaging lines for balms and ointments, screw and snap-on capping systems, filling systems, cap sleeving, heat shrink and steam tunnels, and other automation solutions. We also provide machines that are used for hot foil stamping, heat transfer printing, self-adhesive labelling, and shrink sleeve labelling work

We are constantly improving our production procedures to provide unmatched quality machines. In order to do that, we are aided by robust infrastructural facilities and a knowledgeable staff of more than 100 specialists and technicians. Using the newest design software, we have our own design setup for software, electrical, and mechanical development. Our production capacity is state-of-the-art and supported by sophisticated machinery and ongoing additions of cutting-edge technologies like 3D printing.

We are able to provide our customers with consistently high-quality equipment because of our in-house electronic setup for creating control panels, wiring, and testing the machines. Our core goal of aiming for excellence is reflected in our focus on developing internal capabilities.

Our Founders and Co-Directors

Technoshell Automations was founded in 1989, and then further established in 1990 by three individuals, Mr. Nikhil Baste, Mr. Abbas Aboojiwala, and Mr. Tareen Shaikh. Since foundation, we have been actively guided by them to serve customers and set benchmarks in the industry.

Infrastructure

We develop our wide varieties of machines in our two plants. The maintained setups have proper arrangements for wiring of control panels and software programming, Our in-house state-of-art production unit has latest CNCs, VMCs, inspection instruments and 3D printing facilities that help our team members in speedily completing tasks.

Furthermore, a team of over 100 highly competent and innovative design department professionals help us in manufacturing tasks. They use latest design software like EPLAN for electrical design, SolidWorks for mechanical design, and Automation Studio for software development.

1989	Started operations from the scratch with one drilling machine. Developed first machine from foil sealing of cream jar.
1990	Registered ourselves with the company name, Technoshell.
1991	Expanded workshop with a couple cutting machine, lathe machines and hacksaw machine
1994	Developed first programmed temperature controller produced
1996	Designed and made hot foil stamping machine
2000	Exported our first machine
2003	Made two more hot foil stamping machine models STM-500-R and STM-5000-F.
2004	Participated in first international exhibition The K-Show, Dusseldorf, Germany
2005	Made association with MADAG printing systems AG, Switzerland.
2006	In our Nashik based plant, we developed first tube hot foil stamping machine TPAEvolution for MADAG.
2007	Developed high speed hot foil stamping machine STM-150-CS+ for caps and closure.
2008	Designed and produced First tube capping machine. Also joined Teaching Learning Community (TLC) in Nashik.
2009	Participated in first exhibition in USA (NPE) Partnered with world renowned dies and block manufacturing company R.E.Bowers and Freeman Ltd, UK and started manufacturing dies and blocks in Nashik. Designed and produced first Tube Lacquer and Label machine.
2012	Got IS0 9001:2008 certification Won the 2nd Prize from State Government of Maharashtra for Overall Excellence in SMEs in Nashik.
2013	Got orders to manufacture high speed tube hot foil stamping machine TPA3Evo and long cap hot foil stamping machine LC3Evo from MADAG
2014	Developed Tube Capper Series 4 for Lamitube top sealing and capping. Exporter first CE certified capping machine to Europe. Got the NIMA Excellence Award given by Nashik Industries and Manufacturers' Association (NIMA)
2015	Celebrated 25 years of foundation.
2016	Launched Robotic Tube Packer RTP 150 at the K show 2016 in Dusseldorf, Germany. Became ISO 9001:2015 certified. Started serving to customers in over 35 countries.
2017	Got Outstanding Performance Award 2017 (Category - MSME Export Achievement) by World Trade Centretm - Mumbai and Ambad Industries and Manufacturers' Association (AIMA). Expanded facility to Plant 2.
2018	Acquired Aurum Packaging Systems Pvt Ltd, which was a leading supplier of ointment lines, shrink sleeve applicators and packaging machines. Developed Robotic Tube Packer RTP at Plastindia 2018. Filed for patent of PHS, a new machine to hot foil stamp profiled parts. Got PACKMACHINE 2020 award for CP-130-OR tube capping machine design by Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) in partnership with World Packaging Organisation (WPO).
2020	Became one of 5 Daussault Systems' Solidworks 2021 global Splash-screen winners with CP-130-OR machine design. Designed and launched the Tube Stamping TSMrise 50, Tube Packer RTPace, Tube Capping CP-130-OR. Started working on expansion of the plant 3.
2021	Introduced sARvice an AR assisted remote support. Designed and developed new tube packing range, tube print inspection capabilities.
2022	Got certification for being a Great Place to Work Won Best-in-Class Excellence in Quality award by MSMECCII.
2023	Again got certification for being a Great Place to Work. Continuing our journey to make high precision printing and packaging machines for our global customers.
